My gut feeling is that it is from Columbia (South America). One of the main rivers there is the Rio Sinu, so a company might have used that name. And until ~1837 the Real was a currency unit in Columbia. With milled coinage starting ~1750 in Columbia that would give an approximate time frame of ~1750-1837 to look for.
I've sold several Colombian tokens in the past three years and each time they have fetched far beyond my expectations. It appears to be a very buoyant market.
