I am having a hard time finding this coin or token. Anyone know what this is? 16mm.

My gut feeling is that it is from Columbia (South America).
One of the main rivers there is the Rio Sinu, so a company might have used that name.
And until ~1837 the Real was a currency unit in Columbia. With milled coinage starting ~1750 in Columbia that would give an approximate time frame of ~1750-1837 to look for.

I've sold several Colombian tokens in the past three years and each time they have fetched far beyond my expectations. It appears to be a very buoyant market.
