I know this is the us section but a friend told me some people in here might be able to help. I found this 1896 Puerto Rican 10 centavos with some other old coins of mine! It appears to have been cleaned but I am not sure. I really wanted to know a estimated value since I saw these things sold on ebay in similar condition for $250+. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

I cant really tell the extent of any cleaning, but you've got a solid $100. coin, more on a good day.
I like the "youngheads" of nearly any coin.

This coin is XF40 and the value is between $100 and $125. You should weigh it because there are a lot of counterfeits out there coming from China. The weight should be 2.5g.
