I heard these coins are rare here are some pics of the coin. Its non magnetic I dont know much about Canadian coins. Can you please give you opinionsof grade and value. Sorry not the best pics in the world taken with phone

These are common. The rare ones are non-magnetic with P or magnetic no P.

Yes common the rare ones as slurexe97 has stated is a non-mag with a p and a magnetic no p. However keep looking and you may find one.
