I'd call it a solid VF-30. Very attractive coin, the reverse has very good detail, but I think there's too much wear on the obverse to qualify for EF.

Close to XF but I'll side with Arael on the grade.

The reverse has some strange features up at 12 and from 4 to 8.
First guess: Overused die.

Agree ... solid VF. However, there appears to be some rim bruising? Late die state?
