I got this coin for 25 cents from a coin shop today, even the dealer had no idea what it was. Any ideas? Is it a token, coin or other. Also, When was it made. If you know, what is the value?

Doesn't look like a coin, seem to be a token or medallion of some sort.

The bird is reminiscent of the phoenix on the coins of the post Ottoman Empire Greek republic starting in 1827.

What is the material, weight and diameter, please ?
