Find one you want. Decide how much you are willing to spend and set the bar. If bidding goes over, find another one and repeat the process.

For $150 you can probably get a 63 with very nice toning or a 64 with some alright toning. You could also get an uncommon date in 64. If it was my money, I like this coin; http://www.ebay.com/itm/281509242197Actually I might buy that one for myself if the original poster doesn't want it.

Don't forget, your goal is easily achievable. Nice Morgans in your money range are not difficult, so you shouldn't feel pressure to grab the first one which fits the criteria. Better still not to limit your search in a time sense either, but due diligence should easily meet your goal. There are literally thousands to choose from.

MorganGrader, the obverse is very nice on that one. I like how it has colorful old toning instead of flashy neon.

Toning is OK on that coin it might add a bit to the value but not much. I'll pay a 3x premium for toned ONLY if it has dramatic rainbow type toning with very clear colors. This one looks dark.

I'm going to pass on the one I Iinked. I Will stick to my original plan and keep looking for a 65 or 66 with exceptional eye appeal. Arael, the one I posted meets all your requirements as far as I can tell. It's $150, it's pretty high grade, and it has some interesting toning and positive eye appeal. I have learned not to wait when it comes to coins I like. Take the deal while it's there. Just my Two Cents.

If you like it, Arael, it's a reasonable purchase to me. The coin has a lot of character, and my photography experience tells me there's more color in it than the available imagery shows.

The best strikes come from the San Fran or Carson City mints. If you want one nice example, look for a coin from either of those mints. Avoid Philly and New Orleans as they usually were of lesser quality.
