Unfortunately, no.

They only issued them from 2003-2006.

The four special coins were:
2003 selectively gold plated penny
2004 selectively gold plated poppy quarter
2005 selectively gold plated 'V' nickel
2006 selectively gold plated 50 cent

I just recently got the 2006 one still sealed.

Cool, I bought the 2003 with the penny a while back for $30. It was an interesting read. It was when they planned to do many of the current things that's been happens the past few years. I thought since I had it, why not read it. I must say some of the financial info I found confusing. I've never been a numbers person, other than in a basic sense.
