After watching pictures of other Type Sets posted by some of you guys I have decided to try to complete one myself. I didn't want to spend arm and leg on Dansco 7070 so I have decided to go with Intercept Shield album. I must say that I really like the look and quality of this album, all my other albums are Dansco. As some of you probably know there is one isue with Intercept Shield Type Set, one of the openins for Large Cent is way to small and needs to be enlarged, as you can see on the pictures it didn't worked to well for me, but fortunately when I was buying this album from Wizard Coin Supply they've send me one extra page so I can give it another try. As you can see my album is far from being complete but I've decided to post pictures anyway, mostly to encourage me to try and complete it in the near future. So here are the pictures of my progress (46/88) after couple months of working on it. Any comments, both positive as well as negative are of course welcomed.

I bought a Dansco a couple of months back...ONLY because almost all my albums are Danscos.
I like this album and that's great progress for only working on it a couple of months~! Looks Great. I like the new Lincolns and Jeffersons in this album!

It looks pretty good so far. The Seated coins you have are really nice looking and are not circulated, damaged junk that is really common. I also like how at least one brand can take less than four years to update their albums.

That's a great start and I like the condition standard you are maintaining.
Looking forward to seeing the halves you choose.. 'don't compromise condition just to fill a hole' is my mantra, and no regrets. Good luck.

Thank You guys for your comments.

~Debrajc - I'm afraid my progress will slow down pretty soon, not to many "easy" coins left and all others will be more expensive.

~mysilveryears - There is no way for me to get more expensive coins in high grades, so it will be lower grades for more expensive coins.

Nice start. Keep the momentum going. Or take a break for a while. Coin collecting lets one work at one's own pace and budget. Thanks for posting.

Looks great! How do you like the intercept shield album compared to other dansco albums? I wanted to start a type set but have put it off because dansco is dragging their feet and I also don't want to pay for one.

Nice start. I think the extra page wizard sent you the large cent hole is the right size. It was for mine anyway. Try it.

that's got to be the best US collection I have ever seen, I had no idea you had so many different types. It alsways struck me as odd how the 2c never caught on, having so many 1c coins must get to be a pain?
