Would you say its worth it to send in for grading?
That is the type of question that is impossible to give an answer to, without the coin in hand. It might be worth it, not for the money, but for the experience of learning how Canadian specimen strikes are graded by US grading firms. If it were my coin, and I was living in the US - I probably say "yes" because I always want to learn more about grading the specimen and proof strikes.
