D0ubl3Eagle Pillar of the Community United States 5854 Posts	Posted 12/10/2014 10:51 pm I am not very familiar with the coin but it does look like it could have a little bit of wear but I would like to see the coin in person before saying it is overgraded. There have been many threads in the past where someone points out a certified coin they saw online that they think is overgraded. From my recollection, they typically involved coins that darkly toned and graded MS of which some probably are overgraded and some aren't. Report this Post to the Staff

The certification number is covered for no reason as the other coin I brought from them had the NGC serial number shown in the picture. I called ANACS and verified the serial number is good as their website is still down. However it is not part of their photo database. I found this other coin for comparison.
