hi guys ben bidding on stuff I thought was cool now to solve the puzzle ..... it was listed as a specimen trial on blue banknote paper any ideas of year or
time it was made any info on the blue paper could be of great help in the quest to solve the unsolvable

It looks like a replica of the Type 3 specimen notes which were released specifically to demonstrate the change in the legend from COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA to AUSTRALIA.

I did find the same blue paper on a $20 trial in a auction in 2012

so its a test print of the specimen ....... printing plate I think on blue paper as there are
others printed on the same paper thanks bad penny someone will know something will keep looking
