Yes it should go directly to your store until sold or your listing ends. I just choose the 30 day listings I find it the best for me. What's your store name so I may look it up?

Not sure about Auctivia as I never used it. Through the regular ebay store you should get a link to Manage Your Store. There are then a bunch of not-particularly intuitive links with useful things hiding behind them. You can do some basic design of your store page, create store categories, send marketing emails to people who subscribe through your store and so on. Once you've created your store categories you can assign each listing you create to one or two of them. You can also rearrange the order the categories display in, move all listings from one category to another and so on. But again, none of this is particularly easy to find or intuitive to use. You have to spend some time playing with it.

List your store items as fixed price, then choose "good 'til cancelled", not 30 days. The listing shows up to buyers as a thirty day listing...but if it doesn't sell, it is re-listed until you cancel with the same auction number. A little different for auction items, if you choose to relist (for free) up to two times, your auction number will change. A little frustrating. Also store items will list either starting with a 2*********** or 3***********. Make sure to categorize your store items by ascending order in both the fixed price numbers that start with "2" or "3". It seems complicated and overwhelming at first, but it will come easily after a while. Auctivia works as usual, no problem there. I am still trying to master categories. If you don't have them all set up correctly at first, it is difficult to add later. Also, once you get into the seller tools area, you will see how to track how your items are being viewed. I pay by the year, so I can't remember if those tools are available by the month. Just play around and you will find lots of useful things.

well I tried listing a couple coins as but it now and I tried to put them in their own categories I'm not quite sure if I did it right...when I went to edit the add I noticed this in the fine print "Good 'Til Cancelled listings renew automatically every 30 days until all of the items sell, you end the listing, or we end your listing due to an ebay policy violation. Insertion fees and advanced listing upgrade fees are charged every 30-day period. Fee amounts are based on the terms in effect when the listing goes live and when it renews." i dont think I should be charged every 30 days for store items.... I dont know why ebay makes this so frustrating,, anyone care to look and tell me what they see? my store is either gidjits stuff or gidjits coin and collectables I'm not sure lol if you click my ebay link you should be able to click on my store from my ebay page thanks

You're definitely not alone in not quite getting it. Its interesting that this topic comes up, because this week I've decided to pour some energy into cleaning up our ebay store. http://stores.ebay.com/Universalcoins ebay has an updated store template that I somehow stumbled upon which I'm very pleased with. Its very much in keeping with modern storefront design. Unfortunately, the backend to get all of this up and running can be very confusing. From looking through all of the features, there isn't anything you can really break, so my advice is to explore all of the features and take note of what you can take advantage of (mailing lists, markdowns, and promotions, etc.) We've been using ebay for years and we're starting to explore with other methods instead of simple auctions. On the Manage My Store page, also take note of the navigation on the side. There are sections there that aren't listed anywhere else, including the Listing Frame. Also, since you're starting out, try using Categories and Subcategories to the best of your advantage. People like to dig through listings like that and it really makes things stand out. Previously we had everything listed under a general category of "COINS" and it didn't make for a very compelling storefront.

If it's good 'til cancelled, you won't get charged every time it renews, but it comes off your free fixed listings. So, as long as your free fixed listings stil have room, you won't be charged.

For the display of the store, go to "My ebay" - Seller Tools - Manage My Store (bottom right column) - under "Store Design" click "Display Settings".

I'd be careful using the good til cancelled, it's great it if you have Multiple coins. It's not really worth it, if it's only 1 coins it's not really recommended. When a listing is up for extended periods, it will rank lower in the best search. However, if you have multiple of the same coin on a good til cancelled. When one sells, it raises your standings in best match rankings. You do need to be careful not to exceed your 150 listing. However, I used all the free auctions I'm eligible for, when the promos are on.

Hi, pocketcahnge50:
I have a year subscription, so I get more free listings a month, plus bonuses of free auctions during certain time periods. I like the good 'til cancelled because it takes advantage of timing. If the item doesn't sell, and automatically gets re-listed, then some buyers see it for the first time as a completely new listing. I've had many buyers jump on an item that was relisted for free. Also, the more items up for auction, the higher percentage of people looking at your store, either through the store link or the Auctivia link.
