Well I'm a little confused with this one. Is the mark on the lapels on the coin? The hair and back of the jacket appear to have circulation wear. No steps? On a proof! Either this coin is an impaired proof or would grade maybe PF61 or 62

Not sure about this one. Are the marks on the lapels on the coin or is it just the lighting. Also there appears to be no steps...on a proof! the hair and back of the jacket appear to have wear. If everything I'm seeing is on the coin this could be either an impaired proof or would grade maybe PF62
