With 'Tournai' clearly legible it seems to be Jeton from there. Would need to see the other side before I go into my reference to give a proper attribution.

It's just on an advertisement for a lot of coins I'm looking at. The asking price is only $10 and the other coins are probably worth $10 in themselves. Was thinking of buying - but if this token is anything of interest or value it would be further incentive to buy! I wish I could see the other side
