I think it is uncirculated with good luster but most of the community is going to be very hesitant to give you an actual grade with these pictures, it would help a lot if you posted larger, close up pictures of the coin.

From the pics you posted it looks uncirculated. That's about all I can say for sure with those pics.

Hard to tell, but from what I can see for now, MS 63. The marks on the cheek and around in the obverse fields bring it down.

Seems to grade around a MS-63.

I don't like the darkness of the cheek. Could indicate a thumbed coin.

It doesn't appear to be MS either, I'd say 58 if it's not a details coin.
