Hello All! I am new to this forum and need some help finding a book or books on Italian States coins. Specifically, I am trying to find information on a coin I own. A 1666 Italian Luigino from Tassarolo I am attempting extensive research on this coin. I want to know just about everything about its history. Does anyone have advice on what book(s) to get for what I want to know.

Also it is okay if they are in Italian or another language I could still translate it. Though English would be preferred.

Thanks!
Daniel

It's quite a modern coin you have there, so you will find it in quite a few catalogues. There are quite a few specific catalogues of museum collection of Italian coins (SNIs), but they will usually not tell much about the specific history of a single coin. Since you know what you are looking for, search the web with both the English and the Italian name of the coin and you might find something specific.

For starters the following website might be a help http://numismatica-italiana.lamonet...riepilogo/SW
