Not worth getting the third party grading unless the coin is Uncirculated or better. In AU, the folks of Strike it Rich rate it at $2. on ebay, you can find them for $8 or so. I've found 3 2000s and 2 1998s. The got themselves a 2x2 flip. One of the 2000s is an MS coin with one spot on the date. If it didn't have the spot, I'd consider getting it slabbed and graded.
