So is the seller dumb enough to put Ikes in the middle of the roll, thinking that none of his marks dare open it for fear of losing all that "value" and return privilege?

You could file a SNAD simply on the grounds of the wrapper being no good if you can show it's ink jet on a lunch bag.

Better yet, print up a bunch of dollar wrappers exactly like those being used and sell those on ebay. Someone looking at the "original roll" auctions would probably be shown your wrappers as other potential items of interest if the title is worded carefully.

Returns are accepted when the buyer pays for return shipping, and returns the roll(s) unopened, undamaged, and not tampered with*.
* A 10% restocking fee will apply on all returns, sorry no exceptions.

*sigh* I'd like to see someone remove the dollars from the middle, refill with culls, then re-roll it before returning. See if the seller would still claim to not know what was inside.
