There is something funky going on with the bottom of the date and the stars anyone know what it is.
Also I have no idea what overall grade to assign this coin.

The funky thing going on with the date is just toning. When the metal gets stressed during the minting process, it causes the metal to tone differently there. It has something to do with the molecular structure.

I'm going with MS62 too.

Thanks both I would have called it AU thats why I don't play with Morgans in general
I have never seen this kind of toning on any type of coin before. I am still learning something new each day.
