Oh, I think they are legit (no personal experience), at least as much as any bullion boiler room can be. Their web site lists all the right logos and some of those can be verified with a little work... for example

However, while they list the PCGS logo, PCGS doesn't show them as an authorized dealer...
If you know exactly what you want to buy and their price is good, it's probably ok to go ahead. Just be aware that most places like this sell the first sniff at cost to gain a customer that they will then continue to sell to.
