The only downside to this is this allows SGS to list at ebay.ca without "violating" ebay's rules. That should also be addressed, although I agree with you 100% about ICCS and CCCS, even though I don't own a single coin graded by either of them.

I think this is a new rule and needs some tweaking but I also think this is a HUGE step in the right direction to kind of put the brakes on all the self slabbers out there trying to sell their low grade coins in high grade holders and all the new collectors being taken for all they can get out of them

Do you think ebay is doing this to get rid of poor slabbers? To make a better and safer buying experience? ANA gives them the names and then they have a way to make people fill out their listing in a precise way so they can sell the sales data and make more profits. I have reported sellers of Chinese forgeries and they do nothing. I have reported crooks and had them removed but they come back with a different ebay name using the same address and phone number many times. ebay is doing this to make more money and make ANA think they actually care. I hear the ANA is a top notch place these days.

It's just a start that shows that ebay is at least listening.

And if you're going to list an item in a category you should at least throw in an item in that category. Maybe there should be a 'Buy Nothing But Bid to Show How Much You Agree That ebay Sucks' category.
