Please help me grade my latest acquisition. 1817 N-9 M-LDS. I would really like an honest EAC grade for this coin.

Hello Celtic. I'm not familiar with these middle date cents, but I will throw out a brutally honest eac grade of VF20 going by the pcgs app.

:P

Is that an accurate representation of the color?

The color looks good. Maybe a shade too dark, but a nice nut brown in hand.

I have it at VF20 also. Cant comment on EAC but I don't think there are enough issues to lower it more than one grade

Sorry I don't have the EAC standards, but by PCGS Photograde, looking at the obverse, certainly no worse than F15.

I am looking at the EAC grading guide and am still on the fence between F 15 And Vf 20. Either way, nice LC!
