I'd like to get you thoughts on this Half Crown besides George IV's ridiculous hair of course....

Grade, value and most of all what can I do about the tarnished look it has?

Looks like a VF or a Nice VF. I would not try to remove the tarnish, but there are many here who can recomend some things. Value in US maybe $60 to $90 depending what your local market is, it could be worth more. Very difficult to judge the US market on British Coins. You may be hard press to sell it in some areas.

From a brit perspective F-12 Might get £25 not much more with its problems. Shame when this hapens to class coins
