Please make a clearer/larger picture, no need to waste space around it. And show images of both sides.

Then the only thing I can say is that it looks like a medallion or charm.
If you have access to a multi-function printer, scanning works very well for coins/medals.

Though it's hard to make out, I believe it's an oriental "zodiac / eight trigrams" charm. See similar examples on these zeno.ru pages.

It's a Tibetan "mirror" amulet, known as a melong. This particular design seems to have been widely produced since the 1980's, like this one from an ebay auction:
