Is there a free program that I could use to matte the photos of my coins? I'm using paint shop pro 6 and google's Picasa2 and I can't find anything to get it to work. All I need is to pretty much make a dang circle. Picasa has nothing like that in there program. PSP6 has a circle feature but I've very inaccurate, inaccurate and you can't move the area.

I use microsoft picture it platinum 2001, I know it is a old program but it will crop in circles and allot of other designs like stars and such. I have used it since it was new and its actually 7 discs long, but thats what I usually use to resize/crop all my photos
