I have most of my extra coins in 2x2's. I may want to put them in the flips with inserts. Which flips and inserts are considered the best for archiving

Mylar / cardboard 2x2's are already of archival quality.
Their problem is that they offer no defense against the gassing out of oily plasticizers used in PVC album pages.
Put all of your 2x2's in polypropylene or Mylar album pages, and that will fix the problem.
Proper long term archival quality storage standards are then achieved.
