It is a fantasy - the "herd of elephants" type. There was never a genuine ancient coin that looked like this. This thread from a couple of years ago has another variant of the design, with an "elephant-herder" replacing the sideways elephant.

Doesn't look Armenian to me.
The inscription is Greek, but somehow looks more like a modern concoction.
Maybe someone else has a clue.
