Since there doesn't seem to be an amended copy of the Hobby Protection Act circulating around which actually places the changes given to it by the Collectible Coin Protection Act, I've gone ahead and compiled one and have also listed other relevant documents alongside of it:

THANK YOU! It is very difficult to understand exactly what a bill/law does when it just lists sections as amended and you can't see the entire final form of the law.

You're welcome. The only reason I did it was I was in the same boat, and the additional FTC regulations were never listed alongside it. :-)
