MS-62. The toning looks real, but I'm not sure about the pattern. It just looks a little, 'off.'

Yeah the only thing I can compare it too is whats called "end of roll toning" heres a pic of a graded one.

I think it's something like a roll-ender, maybe an album with odd backing paper, and consider this to be natural toning under the standards used by TPGs. Certainly no better than 62 but digital photography probably worsens the look.
