It's a follis, Constantinople mint, Officina 10, Year 15, but unsure of the emperor - I think it's Justinian but it's too well worn to give many clues as to the obverse legend. Click on this Wildwinds page, then scroll down to the one labelled "SB 163". The two examples shown there sold for $400 and $75, but they're both in much better shape than yours. I'd probably say somewhere in the Au$20 to Au$50 range would be a reasonable price to buy it from a dealer around here. That'd be £10 to £25 in your money.
