I don't think any TPG pays for a label error unless the error is in the grade. Since I know nothing about these coins I am just guessing that the coin was worth more as the variety that was on the label than what it is now since it is just a RPM? I know it doesn't seem right but that would be just like the PCGS coins that were on ebay that had Thomas Jefferson and James Madison mixed up, if years from now one of these coins are more valuable than the other PCGS isn't going to pay the difference just because of a label error.
