Second one of these that I've found so I'm selling this one... Would it get a higher value if I sent it in for grading first? It's in nice shape for being picked from circulation, nice and shiny still with just a small spot of black corrosion to the left of the date (which didn't really show up in the scan)... and the specks on the obverse is dust or something on the scanner, not marks on the coin. Would ICCS be the place to send it to?

Yes really any grading company would be could. However since ICCS is popular among canadians and since it is a canadian variety I would go with ICCS. That way it stays in the country. Plus ICCS is familiar with this variety... Very nice coin, it would grade probably a MS-64.
