Looks like a coin from Ainos, similar to SB-1568

Interesting... I don't have a scale yet; however, this coin is fairly small. The ones that I can find that look similar are fairly heavy, at about 15 g (and sell anywhere from about $1000 to much higher). That's a great place for me to explore about though.
