I do not see the die crack down the neck to ID as silly head. I think it might be a head of 38 variety. Still a nice coin that has MS details

What's happening with the denticles on the reverse from 7 to 12?

It's a "silly head" because of the shoulder showing and the lock of hair under the coronet near the forehead. I guess they've been calling them silly heads since the 1860s for some reason. I would love to have this coin in my collection.
