Sorry but your Jefferson is not full steps. the obverse of the coin is quite nice , I don't care for the reverse at all.

Nice coin, but the contact marks running across the steps will keep it from being FS.

On second though, even without the contact marks there are bridges joining steps under column #2 and especially #3. Those alone keep it from being FS.

Like Night Hawk mentioned, the bridges are the main reason from stopping this nickel from a FS destination.

Your coin is typical of the problem with the obverse die. The highest point of the obverse is Jefferson's hair. It is also exactly opposite of the bottom steps under the third pillar where your coins steps bridge together.
