This is one of the reasons I keep hunting rolls, you never know what you're going to find! I was just happy to find silver, let alone one that has a slight rotation!

I have not been able to find much information on rotated '65 quarters, there seem to be a fair number of 1c and dollars that year but very few 25c. Any information regarding value, rarity, or if I should get it graded would be appreciated.

I'm still learning to take better pictures. I also placed it in card to help show the degree of rotation which is difficult in 2-d photography, maybe I should set up a mirror, that could yield some interesting photos.

Not enough of a rotation to warrant a premium.
Certianly not worth getting certified as it is not
worth much over bullion in circulated condition.

Nice find, that rotation would fall within the acceptable tolerance of the mint.

I agree with JimmyD as to no extra premium.

1965 is a year you can find the die rotations well over 90 degrees...

thanks everyone! It's still my first rotated die I've found and since it's not worth anything extra, I'll keep it in the collection.
