Hi Grovey

How Much ?

The No cent examples are the less expensive of the 1883,,

Ive never been much of a fan of the V nickels,, but I know that there are those who are !!

If you like it and it didnt cost over about 6 dollars you did good !!!

Very sharp nickel, I have a lesser grade one, I have been meaning to upgrade. But the Morgan's are eating me up right now.

It actually looks more like AU details to me. Is the discoloration existing PVC on the coin?
Rest in Peace

Nice! I've found three or four V-nickels in people's change over the years at the bank, and it's always a thrill to see them no matter what shape they're in (one's almost worn slick, can just barely make out that it's a V-nickel). That one's a lot prettier than mine!

I paid a whopping $5.00 for it. It lists at $10.00 in ef. If it's AU thats even better. Any votes on grades. I could be wrong
