I know there is a Silver Proof version of the Lucky Loonie. But was there a Prooflike Nickel version of that coin also in that year? If so, what set is it in?

Here's a pic I grabbed off Youtube, is that non'proof or are my eyes deceiving me?

Ive never seen this coin before. :/

Pretty sure all mine are proofs - will have to check when I get home from work in the morning - can't find anything on google about a specimen or PL lucky loon!

2010 is the only one I know of where they issued a non-proof coloured version. 2010 is the only one listed in Charlton Vol 2. Maybe a knock-off? Or maybe somebody very carefully polished the frosting off? ;-) There was also the bronze UNC one with no colour of course.

I think it is just the light hitting the coins at a different angle.

All silver proofs.

I sure hope not.......
If there is a a different one out there it will put a very expensive dent in my loon collection.
:-(
But..... '
I'm thinking its just a play on lighting from the camera angle.
