Ok guys
I just received my long awaited bust dime,I have wanted to
get one for my type set for at least 10 years, mafunzwerlo.
I know about the digs,I can live with that because its an expensive coin,
and theirs enough detail to keep me happy.
I like it,only the Half Dime to go.
As usual I am asking assistance in grading, can you offer yours, numerical if possible.
and what do you think of it in general?
Whats going on with the date,is that a die crack above and from the 7 to the drapery? Last pix is close up of date.
How much do you think its worth?

It looks better in hand and not as dark.
thanks for your help

Looks exactly like the one they was in the ANA grading standards for AG except yours has slightly better detail to it, but not enough for a G grade. Give it 15 years, and it will probably become a G coin. So, ignoring the marks I would say AG. The marks arn't too bad, so I think it was a good buy. A lot of these coins have problems with them, and some of them are completely wrecked. And I think your coin looks much better than a problem free fair or poor coin. Nice coin.

Nice coin! Congrats on getting one of the few remaining for the set. I know the last few are a big deal so way to go. In my amateur opinion I would have to agree with AG. Also, it does look much better than most as a lot of them truly are wrecked.

I agree with the consensus of AG-3. I think the reverse qualifies as G-4, but not the obverse. RedBook (2007) says $225. That sounds about right to me.

I'd go G-4.

Take Care

I see this one as an AG-3.
