Hi slamn - yes, small rotation but as you probably know, too slight and within the mint's tolerances. I don't see the FG but I think I see something going on in that location but it could be just a spot or reflection fooling the old eyes.

Thanks rack and yes there is a small spot there I don't see signs of anything else even faint in the area but a quick search showed me there was a number of these from the '69 and even 70's that seem to be the result of an over polished die or a grease strike thru-

It's a good find. I've been looking for the 1969D No FG for a bit now without luck. Many faint FGs, but still present. Now you can go for the set! Good luck!
