Any information about country of origin, date and rarity would be greatly appreciated. This coin is 20.5mm and 1.4g.

I'm not able to help with an ID, others here are much more knowledgeable in this area than I. I'm sure they will be along and able to help.

Not the ideal pictures, have some difficulty reading some of the legend. But based on:

".MAX HE D G (24) AR...COL" on the obverse it would be a Silvergroschen (= 1/24 Thaler) issued by the Archbishop of Cologne, Maximilian Henry of Bavaria (1650-1688).
Since the archbishops of Cologne ruled over several other bishoprics and other worldly possessions, it does not need to be an issue for the archbishopric of Cologne.

The reverse shows the Wittelsbach (aka Bavarian) arms, which fits in with him being a cadet from that house.

The reverse legend "....DVX65..." would make the date of the coin 1665.
