i dont care if someone does this, but I hope the person would be wise enough to not go around telling everyone they are committing a crime.

Funny! It's fun for me to draw on these poly bills with pencil because it rubs off easily. Castlevania fans will recognise this one!  The expression on hologram Laurier is just hilarious.

by taking a 1973 25c and machine out the obverse on a lathe upto the rim then taking a 1978 25 and machine off the reverse and pressing in the large bust into the cavity you made on the 73 25c
