If it's VF (Very Fine), it's not UNC (uncirculated). If it's in VF, the entire horn will be distinct on the reverse and the date will be clear. If it meets these criteria, $2 is a very, very low price. A true VF will be in the $8-10 range. I would guess that, for $2.00, the coin is actually in G4 condition. This means that the horn will be completely worn on the reverse and the date is probably mushy.
