F-15. LIBERTY is complete and mostly strong. Not enough horizontal lines on the reverse though and the rim wear on the obverse (a real underrated grading feature IMO) is more indictive of a VG-10 or F-12 as there is no separation visible between the denticles and outer rim, but there is still decent details on Miss Liberty. Many older quarters (and silver coins in general) do exhibit a somewhat darker tone.
