I have had this IHC for a while and I could never find anything similar for 1905. I have no idea if this is an error or PMD? So I thought I would open this up to the group. Would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Might be a small die gouge or a very small lamination. Are you talking about the mustache lookin' thing?
