Beymer has been around forever. Old fashioned price list dealer. I can't speak to the quality as I haven't done business with them, but the crooks don't survive 40 years in business.

Jack is well respected in the early copper community. He has been around for a long time and is honest. I have bought from him and been happy with my purchases.

He's a little crotchety, but the pieces I've bought from him at shows are honestly and strictly graded. Old school. His web presence is a pdf of his inventory list.

I got a little grumpy last time I ran into him because he was too busy working with his back to customers. His wife is a lovely lady, but her coin knowledge can be written in crayon on a 2x3 post-it [or she too is VERY old school and won't let on that she knows anything]. So if he's too busy to give her a price... and she won't do anything without his say-so... So I walked...

Probably just a bad day for both of us.

I'm still very happy with the coins I bought from him at ANA2013.
