Here is the first of hopefully many coins I'll present so you can determine the grade. I will avoid the obvious common average circulated coins unless if its a better date. We'll start things off with the Franklin which I found via CHR about 10 years ago.

I never had the opportunity to grade a circulated Franklin before. but in my opinion it's an EF-40. very nice find .

Low AU, looks like a bit of luster left.

I'd wish I'd learn how to get a larger image due to the file limit. No way it can only be an EF-40 since that implies the lettering on the bell in the center is worn away. In person I can see nearly full luster and on the obverse I can see one small break in the luster at the highest point above the ear. On the reverse I can even see the luster cartwheeling around the bell lettering. My personal grade is an AU-55 for this.

You could host images remotely if you wish at Photobucket or the like. Our image posting system and Optimizer, like everything else at Coin Community, is designed as a teaching tool. You can make it display nice 800px gradable images, and once you do you'll have a nice handle on cropping and jpg Quality and filesize manipulation which is of value with any graphics software.

CCF is a teaching community. We can't help it.

You need to crop the picture using any number of photo manipulation apps, or try to use the free image optimizer here at the forum. If you have a smart phone you could set up the camera to take a square pic instead of rectangular, that's what I do on my iPhone.
