1934 B Series $500 Note Story? - Coin Community Forum

jaycurrency2000 Valued Member United States 53 Posts	Posted 02/27/2015 11:07 am I heard that at one time 1934 B series "Vinson" notes were issued but only for the Atlanta district. I wish to know why I can't find any of these notes for sale? What happened to them? Anyone around here know, I'd appreciate any information on this note. Thanks in advance. MeadowviewCollector Pillar of the Community United States 4409 Posts	Posted 02/27/2015 2:26 pm My copy of Friedbergs' paper money book states, "Although these two series (1934-B and 1934-C) are reported, none are known." (page 353).
