Have you checked Cuds on coins.com for a Cud in the maching the place?

It's a tough call because it's not as complete as the plate Cud. So it would have to be an earlier die state, and the Cud would have had to increase in size once it was already a Cud. 1965-01R looks like an "all at once" event.

does yours have partial edges? not sure if that the "proper term". I have one of these but mine has the partial rims. just curious

Hello AT214 - mine does have a partial edge - at least in places. I will attempt to get some photos and post them a little later. Have you had any feedback about the edge?

Here are some edge shots of this quarter. Looking at them makes me think that this is caused by a lot of wear. Does anyone see any other options?
