ok so I looked this thing over real good, different types of light and angles, I double checked to see if it was scratches, and its not because the detail is not one long line, it actually reminds me of how the columns look for the 3-d effect, I am thinking doubling? The lines are perfect match to the steps and the corners are a match, my pic is bad but it tapers off.... so what would this be, doubling? I tried googling a pic of the steps but can't find one that has a zoom pic of the steps.

ATB - 1994 is a great year to search for DDRs. My best advice for you is to spend some time at Coppercoins and study the varieties there. The pictures aren't sharp enough for me to see anything specific, but a coin in hand may present better than a picture will. I have 2 1994 DDRs that are very difficult to get a decent picture of; it takes time and patience. But keep at it! You'll find plenty of DDs if you are looking for them.

Does not match and is not full like a die. It is either a die scratch or a scratch. The line is curved, not straight like the memorila building. And if it was a double die, it would show up in full detail.
